Video Graphics Array. Analog computer format (first introduced by IBM®) with Horizontal & Vertical separated sync. VGA is a 640 x 480 resolution at 60 HZ or 70 Hz (non-interlaced vertical scan rate).
Amplifier used for video signals. Enables a signal to be transmitted over a long distance (see Booster).
